My most recent Roots obsession - the Selina Italian Leather Box Bag ($239.99) I wear it every day (did you know it's pink inside? sigh...)
I can always count on Roots for a hit of pure Canadiana, with its cozy sweaters, easy lounge wear, sumptuous leather handbags and nostalgic finds (Beaver Canoe, anyone?). With the influx of American chains storming our retail scene, I love to see that Roots is constantly growing, evolving and, like a fine VQA, just keeps getting better with age.
It's the last day of RLR's Treat Week and to celebrate, we're giving away a $50 Gift Card to Roots. To win, leave a comment below telling me your what you love most about Canada. (Maple syrup? Hockey? Justin Bieber?) Contest ends at 5 pm today. Good luck to every Canuck! x

this one is easy - it's home - my family is here - my friends are here - my heart is here - when I was 25 I lived overseas for 1 year & I had to comeback because I was so homesick
I love the beauty of Canadian. The landscapes are brilliant.
I love how Canada has all the seasons and I love how Canada is leading the world in the music world. Every beat you hear on the radio is produced by a Canadian! Oh and I love my Roots Varsity Jacket!
I love Canada Day celebrations!
What I love about Canada is the fact that our country is so blessed with countless of breathtaking sceneries and places that we can all enjoy and be thankful for! God has also blessed me by allowing me to meet my future husband-to-be in Vancouver! (since I moved here from Asia :)).
Canada has an incredible diversity of people, cultures, customs and traditions.. That's what makes our country so unique, and what I love most.
It is hard to pinpoint one thing, Canada is an amazing place to live! It is so vast with so many different things, the mountains of BC, the Lakes of Northern Ontario, Fall just to name afew!
