I'll admit it - I lucked out, big time. I happened to be at a Muskoka wedding over the weekend and en route home, what should we pass but the Orillia Target. I'm not going to pretend that this was purely accidental. I mean, I've been dying to get my hands on the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection since it was announced months ago and so yes, the Orillia Target was already programmed into my GPS. And I'm not going to pretend that I didn't know that I had way better odds of scoring anything Lim in Orillia than in Toronto. And so, as I gleefully heaped clothes and bags into my cart (whee!!!), my husband settled into a bench while other shoppers looked on bemusedly (Lim? Who's Lim?), I just knew that I HAD to share my luck. I picked up 1 mini satchel for me AND 1 for you, my dear RLR friends!

I LOVE philip lim. I always hit Holts on Bloor, and I always spend a good 15min admiring his stuff. Imagining what my life would be like if I had the means to buy literally all his pieces. I'd love to win this purse and I swear, I'd wear it all the time!!!
I would love to win this bag because I missed out yesterday! This was the only thing I really really wanted from the collection but since I did not line up at 5am, by the time I got there at 8am everything was gone already =(

I would have loved to pick this adorable little guy up but my location was mostly sold out of all sizes + bags when I got there. Sniff. The classic styling and fun zippers would be right at home in my bag collection!

Why do I want this bag? Because I'm a satchel kind of girl. I don't like to carry too much stuff but sadly last year I fell into the Longchamp "throw everything you own into one big hole" thing and I really and truly need to find my sanity again. If I win, I promise to put my Longchamp away for a long time and force myself to pare it down to the essentials only! Keys, very small wallet, smart phone, compact and lip gloss..... : )

My BFF pointed at the bottom of my Isaac Mizrahi for Target satchel and said, oh, it's cracked. Isn't that new? Um, no, it's close to 8, maybe 10 years old? I had my sister, who lives in the US go to a magazine rack, and turn to a particular page in Oprah magazine and I declared "You are buying me that for Christmas and shipping it to me." It was August.
I'd LOVE the Philips Lim for Target satchel. It will do a great job of replacing my soon to be (sadly) retired Isaac Mizrahi.
