Okay fine, it's only February. And I know I should live for the moment and seize the day and do all of those things I'm told are good for my mental health. I love the snow. I love the winter. I love the cold. Repeat after me: we love the snow and the winter and the cold. Brrr...is it March yet? As I look at all of the pretty pieces coming into stores for spring, though, I think I've found my silver lining. These finds let me embrace the present while looking to the future, too. They let me have a cute spring fling while still making the absolute most of winter. I don't get it. Just me? Why is his girlfriend cleaning a piano with her face? Does anybody else get these lyrics? Like, love you The Weeknd but.... Le Petit Prince is a legit, OG starboy. I guess Chris Hadfield could call himself a starboy if he really wanted to. Like I said, I don't understand what makes the Weeknd a starboy or why he'd ever want anyone to call him one.

If there's one thing I really love about fall, it's the fashion. And if I had to pick one part of fall fashion I love the most, it has to be outerwear. There is no greater fashion equalizer than a perfect cozy coat. I have literally worn my pyjamas to drop my kids off at school and I'm sure nobody had a clue. The trick? A banging black maxi coat, worn with oversized sunglasses and cool white Nike kicks. A good coat allows you to wear whatever you want underneath, ironed or not, and always look well dressed. Which kind of makes it the superhero of your fall wardrobe, don't you think?

This fall, there are so many toppers to get excited about. While the weather waffles, I'm stoked about the cute bombers and denim jackets in store.
