H&M announced its latest (and in my mind, its best ever) collaboration this morning with legendary fashion icon Anna Dello Russo.  Ack! An idol of the street style blogosphere and Fashion Director of Vogue Japan, Anna's endless string of flamboyant outfits at fashion events have made her the darling of street style photographers.  The self-described 'fashion victim' also considers herself a fashion 'guardian', with supposed apartments in Milan that serve as oversized closets for her couture collections. 

The upcoming capsule collection for H&M is an expression of Dello Russo’s penchant for excess and ornamentation with an unabashedly glamorous and playful vibe.   “I wanted to create precious accessories that are impossible to find. As a stylist, I know accessorization is essential; it is the personal touch in any outfit. With these pieces, everybody can have fun, and turn an ordinary day into a fantastic fashion day”, says Anna Dello Russo.

The collection features jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, bags and a carry-on and will be available starting October 4th, 2012, in around 140 stores worldwide and online.
