The Perks of Being a Joe Fresh Ambassador

The powers-that-be at Purolator just delivered these sweet spring treats from Joe Fresh - my first delivery as a Joe Fresh Ambassador! There's a fresh off the runway black wool-blend dress with cool patent sleeves, a beyond soft mint cashmere sweater, a super fun printed pencil skirt - plus some ice-cream pastel polishes, an eye shadow quad and a sheer tint that I can't wait to test out.  Yay! Could not be more excited. Stay tuned - promise to post pics of me wearing everything. Just have to git my hair/makeup did first :)

A Gift from Joe

A knock at the door.  A Fed-Ex guy. A big brown package.  'Qu'est-ce que c'est que ça?' I mused. Tearing open the package, I was thrilled to find a box in Joe Fresh orange filled with loads of holiday treats.  The best part? A note signed by Joe himself. Squee :)

Okay, seriously? Joe, you've outdone yourself. The bad-ass skull sweater, the chic little black button button-ups, the tuxedo jackets, the shoes? I checked, yes, those metallic cap-toe ankle-wrap lovelies are in fact Joe Fresh.  I know!

Love Joe Fresh, especially when you need a last-minute pick-you-up over the holidays when your schedule doesn't permit loads of leisurely shopping time and hey, you're at the Superstore anyway so might as well pick yourself up something pretty (or at least that's the way my mind works..)

Happy Friday lovelies! Off for a weekend with the girls.  It's gonna be trouble (of the shopping variety anyway)

So I could give a million excuses about why it's taken me so long to post these pics but I won't (ahem..kids. colds. 'nuff said) Instead, let's just say I had a blast at World Mastercard Fashion Week and am ready for Spring '13, if only so I can wear some of the pieces I saw strutting down the runway at Holt Renfrew, Joe Fresh, Pink Tartan, Mackage, Whitney Linen, Arthur Mendonca, and Lucian Matis, among others.

I died over a trench coat worn with a layered pastel leather vest at Mackage.  I swooned over all the pretty Moroccan tile and croc prints at Lucian Matis (more pics coming) and the top (in-stores-now) picks from Holt Renfrew.  I reveled in the feminine silhouettes and cool metallics at Pink Tartan.  And Joe Fresh?  Let's just say he delivered, as always (see my post on the Joe Fresh Spring '13 show here)
